Custodia Technology, a specialist SaaS specialist in digital communications data and archive governance, is exhibiting at TD SYNNEX Inspire in Greenville, South Carolina, giving partners the opportunity to discover how communications data challenges within their customer base can create new commercial opportunities.
The appearance at Inspire builds on the partnership between Custodia and TD SYNNEX, announced on 19 February 2026, which gives TD SYNNEX partners access to Custodia's technology and specialist expertise in communications data reconciliation and archive governance.
“Our partnership with TD SYNNEX is a significant step forward in our mission to transform how regulated organisations manage their communications data. By combining TD SYNNEX's market reach with Custodia's technical expertise in digital communications data and archive governance, we can help more customers capture, protect and derive value from their communications data with confidence and at scale.”
- Kirk Miller, VP of Strategic Sales at Custodia
Organizations generate vast amounts of valuable communications data across voice, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, mobile, messaging, legacy recording platforms and other communications technologies. Some of that data must be retained for regulatory purposes. Other interactions can become important for complaints, claims, disputes, investigations, analytics and other business requirements.
Yet this data is rarely held in one place. Years of communications can be fragmented across different technologies, formats and generations of infrastructure, making information difficult to retrieve, validate, govern and use.

“There is a significant opportunity sitting inside many customer environments that partners may not immediately recognise.
A customer might be replacing a legacy recorder, moving communications to the cloud, struggling to retrieve historical interactions, or trying to establish whether everything that should have been captured actually was.
These can look like different technology problems, but underneath them is often the same data challenge: valuable communications are fragmented across multiple systems.
At Inspire, we want to help partners recognise those signals and understand when to bring Custodia into the conversation.”

Custodia's capabilities include capture and ingestion of current communications, historical data migration, reconciliation of expected and captured communications, recording assurance, immutable retention, reporting and controlled export to downstream compliance, surveillance, analytics and AI platforms.
For TD SYNNEX partners, this creates opportunities around communications modernization, legacy platform retirement, regulatory communications, cloud migration, historical data consolidation, archive governance and preparing trusted communications data for analytics and AI.
Custodia's Partner Programme is designed to help technology providers, resellers, integrators and service providers identify communications-data opportunities within their existing customer base and develop those opportunities alongside Custodia.
Partners can engage with Custodia at different levels — from identifying and registering an opportunity to developing joint propositions, campaigns and go-to-market activity.
“Partners don't need to become compliance experts,” added Kirk Miller. “They need to recognise the problem. If a customer has valuable communications data that needs to be retained, trusted and retrieved, but it is fragmented across multiple systems, that's a conversation we want to have together.”

Custodia will be exhibiting at TD SYNNEX Inspire in Greenville, South Carolina, on 7 October 2026, Booth E15.
Partners attending the event can meet the Custodia team to:
Identify communications-data opportunities within existing customer accounts; understand the customer triggers to look for; explore Custodia's Connected Truth proposition; learn about the Custodia Partner Programme and partner rewards; and discuss specific customer opportunities with the team.
