Custodia Technology is a communications compliance consultancy and service provider focussed on the financial trading market. Currently based in New York and London, Custodia Technology works with customers to design & deliver strategies and solutions enabling technology transformation across the entire communications compliance technology landscape.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the management of the marketing team, events, exhibitions, marketing webinars, seminars and conferences, website, social media. From putting presentations together to managing the budget. This includes being able to liaise with other companies to ensure time scales, budgets and briefs are met and delivered.



  • Implementing on-brand campaigns

  • Increasing sales

  • Management of Marketing team

  • Webpage design and management

  • Managing events ranging from hosting visiting groups, internal events, through to international exhibitions and conferences

  • Take responsibility for a number of exhibitions, starting with initial brief and preparing project plans, right through to the seamless execution of each event

  • Gathering analytics from marketing campaigns and pulling together brand led PowerPoint presentations

  • Work with external conference organisers, building relationships and increasing their knowledge of our core skills

  • Responsibility for event activity, leading on the development and implementation of creative event delivery plans which achieve specific objectives whilst coordinating with the overall sector marketing strategy

  • Increase brand awareness

  • Increase traffic delivery

  • Drive content and marketing strategy

  • Bring digital marketing learning into the company

  • Arrange seminars and webinars events


About You:

  • Demonstrated track record in executing marketing

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, with an emphasis in integrated marketing

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder

  • Management responsibilities

  • Proficient understanding of the wider digital landscape including communities and emerging social networks

  • Understanding of event delivery

  • Strong marketing and events organisation skills

  • Marketing experience

  • Budget management skills including negotiation and budget development

  • Content writing

  • Experience in the development and logistical and operational delivery of events

  • Commercial focus balanced with a desire to produce great on-brand content

  • Extensive experience managing a marketing team

  • Work with managing director and sales team to create integrated marketing proposals for target accounts
