Description:
The Product Marketing Manager will bring Custodia’s product portfolio and ecosystem to life in all of the work that you do.
Working with the marketing, product and sales teams, you will be responsible for telling our story and presenting our products and services in ways that increase awareness, demand and sales while strengthening our brand.
Activities include:

Develop product marketing strategies

Develop positioning, pricing, promotions product launch content and strategy

Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (web site, ad campaigns, social media, collateral)

Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

Follow and analyze market trends to position the portfolio

Study company and industry products and services
-
Translate product capabilities into benefits and outcomes for the customer

Develop marketing collateral

Evaluate new capabilities and services for existing and prospective customers and partners
Reporting to:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work with Custodia’s product and marketing teams, interacting with customers and partners and building strong cross-functional interlock with other functions in the commercial, corporate, product and operations teams of the company.

Own product positioning and messaging and consistently improve and adapt it to market and customer needs

Go to Market. Work closely with teams to design, build and scale a set of repeatable GTM programs, including partner communications

Expert Storytelling. Adept at building and telling strategic narratives for both internal and external audiences

Strong Collaboration. Be a credible and valued partner to key stakeholders in product, marketing and sales

Leverage Data. You combine insight and experience with data and research to make decisions and generate measurable results

Sales Enablement. Ability to institutionalize product marketing content, process and enable, train field sales orgs.

Resource Management. Capable of managing priorities, working internationally and with external agency partners and contractors

Product Packaging. Ability to develop enterprise SaaS packaging, bundling, pricing and value propositions
Experience:
-
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales and marketing experience, with experience in a Product Marketing role
-
Experience marketing data and/or governance, risk, compliance solutions
-
Experience marketing to Fortune 1000 and regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy)

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver high-impact internal & external marketing collateral

Conducted customer, competitive and market research and translating this into compelling messaging, personas and insights

Experienced writing short and long-form content with a clear understanding of what resonates with a B2B audience

Ability and energy to deliver high-quality tactical marketing work on tight deadlines

Skilled at building trust and influence with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Comfortable with ambiguity; ready to work both autonomously and as part of a team
