Custodia is a leading vendor-independent global financial compliance technology expert business focused on the financial trading markets.  Currently based in New York, London and Cheshire.  Custodia works with customers to design and deliver strategies and solutions enabling technology transformation across the entire communications compliance technology landscape.  Custodia leads the way, as the only truly independent specialist provider of compliance technology solutions to the banking and finance industry.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Developer.  You'll be helping us undertake an exciting and fast-paced Salesforce implementation across the entire business, you'll contribute towards helping us shape the architecture, platform, processes and technology.

Your role will be primarily focussed on the end-user experience utilising cloud, mobile apps, and Salesforce CMS, providing iterative improvements for our partners, customers and colleagues.


  • You'll be truly customer-centric, enthusiastic about the customer journey and internal users experience, and have a solid grasp of Salesforce process and platform.​​​

  • You'll have experience in web app development and UI / User interface composition.

  • You'll have an appreciation for software development best practices, be an avid analytical person, and have a true drive to learn and improve.

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce lightening component development such as CPQ and Marketing.

  • Delivered complex Salesforce project end-to-end.

  • Web / UI development such as HTML, JS, CSS.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD through Salesforce DX and or GitHub, Gearset, Jenkins.

  • Experience with work tracking software such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce Sales and or Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • A software development background in either (Net, Java, JavaScript.)

  • REST API integration.

  • Data Load and migration tools (Data Loader, Talend etc.)

Salary:  Depends on experience

Hours:  40 per week

Work Based:  Hybrid

Start Date:  ASAP

Any other information:  

Contract for a minimum of 3 months (likely to extend) or Permanent depending on salary.
