What We Took Away from TD SYNNEX Inspire 2026
Last week, the Custodia team attended TD SYNNEX Inspire 2026, joining vendors, technology partners and industry experts from across the channel for a few days of networking, discussion and collaboration.
Events like Inspire are always valuable, but what stood out this year was the quality of conversations. From discussing the challenges organizations face in managing regulated communications, to exploring opportunities for greater data visibility, compliance and digital transformation, the event provided a fantastic platform to connect with both existing and new partners.
Here's a look back at some of our key takeaways from the event.
The Power of Face-to-Face Conversations
While technology continues to evolve at pace, one thing remains unchanged: the value of genuine conversations.
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to meet with partners from across the ecosystem, learning more about the challenges their customers face and discussing how Custodia can help organizations improve the capture, reconciliation and accessibility of regulated communications.
Many of the discussions centred around the growing need for organizations to establish a trusted foundation for compliance data, ensuring records are not only captured but can also be verified, reconciled and accessed when needed.
“What I enjoyed most about Inspire was spending time face-to-face with potential partners and getting to know the people behind the business. We had great conversations about their customers and where Custodia could fit, while building relationships, I’m excited to continue.”

Valuable Conversations Across the Partner Community
One of the highlights of Inspire was meeting potential partners face-to-face and getting to know the people behind the business. Conversations explored their customers’ communications challenges, including managing historical recordings, moving to newer platforms, and maintaining trusted, accessible compliance records.
We also discussed where Custodia could complement their existing offerings and how our partner program could support collaboration. Those conversations opened the door to follow-up meetings to explore the fit in more detail.
“Having that face time made it easier to get to know potential partners while talking about business. We could learn about their priorities, share where Custodia might help and start building a relationship we can continue after Inspire.”

The Themes We Heard Again and Again
Across meetings and discussions, several common themes emerged:
AI Readiness Starts with Clean, Accessible Data
Partners highlighted growing interest in AI, while noting that customers don’t always fully understand the data preparation it requires. Clean, reliable records that can be located and retrieved are an important foundation.
Accessibility Matters
Capturing information is only one piece of the puzzle. Organizations increasingly need confidence that they can quickly locate and retrieve the right records when required.
The Need for Connected Truth
Many conversations highlighted the importance of not simply collecting data, but ensuring it can be validated, reconciled and trusted.
Reflecting on Inspire
TD SYNNEX Inspire 2026 reaffirmed something we strongly believe at Custodia: solving compliance and governance challenges is rarely achieved through technology alone. It takes strong partnerships, open conversations and a shared commitment to helping customers navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.
We'd like to thank TD SYNNEX for bringing together such a fantastic community of partners and everyone who took the time to meet with us during the event.
We're excited to continue the conversations started at Inspire and look forward to exploring new opportunities with both existing and future partners.
If we met at the event and would like to continue the discussion, we'd love to hear from you.
